The role
The Change and Communications Deployment Manager will lead change activities at operational sites for SAP S/4HANA deployment, developing site-specific change plans and ensuring business readiness. They will identify and mitigate change risks, build relationships with stakeholders, and act as the primary change partner to operational teams, facilitating engagement and securing buy-in. The role involves translating technical changes into practical implications, delivering targeted communication plans, and managing site engagement events and networks of change champions. Monitoring adoption and stakeholder sentiment, supporting go-live activities, and collaborating with project teams are essential duties. This role demands strong influencing, organisational, and people management skills, with experience in large-scale technology transformations preferred.
