The role
Provide clear guidance to patients on Medicare options, benefits, eligibility, and affordable coverage to improve access to care.
Serve as the clinic's insurance expert, supporting providers and staff with enrollment, billing, and coverage questions.
Advocate for patients by helping them navigate the healthcare system and resolve medical bills inside and outside the clinic.
Lead patient onboarding by managing welcome visits and orientation and educate on public benefits and prescription drug assistance.
Support clinic operations and patient engagement through scheduling, center tours, events, and high-quality customer service.
Contribute to a patient-centered experience by staying solutions-focused and driving enrollment and retention during enrollment periods.
