The role
This role involves turning experimental AI models into scalable, reliable systems used in regulated healthcare environments. The AI Engineer will develop core modules enabling agents to plan and execute workflows, optimise prompt engineering, and perform rapid prototyping using Vibe Coding. Additionally, the position includes assisting with deploying agents into cloud infrastructures such as AWS or Azure and building tools to evaluate agent responses against datasets. Candidates should possess 1–3 years of AI engineering experience, a first-class degree from a top university, and proficiency in Python, SQL, and backend technologies. Bilingual skills in English and Chinese are highly preferred for regional collaboration. The role provides an opportunity to impact global health technology and work with major partners across multiple time zones.
