The role
Line 1: Lead advanced custom development efforts for highly complex lighting applications, integrating tailored solutions with standard product architectures while ensuring regulatory, photometric, and quality compliance.
Line 2: Design and validate scalable custom solutions to enable future customization, optimize operations, and improve supply-chain efficiency.
Line 3: Drive first-pass yield and accelerate time-to-market using advanced design methods and industry best practices.
Line 4: Identify risks early and drive design-for-quality improvements, collaborating with Customer Service, Industrial Engineering, and Regulatory teams.
Line 5: Manage multiple concurrent projects with strict lead times and perform peer reviews to promote best practices and knowledge sharing.
Line 6: Lead prototypes, testing, and validation activities to confirm production readiness and support cost-reduction initiatives.
