The role
Dynamic Associate Attorney needed to support diverse legal matters in Dublin, OH.
Responsibilities include thorough legal research using Westlaw and drafting pleadings, contracts, and memoranda.
Assist in managing litigation from inception through resolution by organizing case files and tracking deadlines.
Engage in client interviews and negotiations to advance favorable outcomes across Employment, Labor, and Family Law, and Civil Litigation.
Stay current on evolving laws and regulations and produce clear, precise written work under tight deadlines.
Requirements include a JD from an accredited school with active bar admission or eligibility to sit for the bar, plus strong writing, communication, and multitasking abilities.
