The role
Identify and secure CMO contract manufacturing opportunities in pharma and biotech to drive revenue growth.
Build and manage a targeted BD pipeline with compelling value propositions for prospective clients.
Lead end-to-end deal development from initial engagement to negotiation and closing, coordinating cross-functional teams.
Provide market analyses, competitive intelligence, and client insights to inform strategy and prioritization.
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, manage relationships, and ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
Demonstrate a results-driven mindset with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
