Senior Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst will support customer success by enabling data-driven decisions across retention, engagement, and expansion. Analyze customer usage, adoption, and engagement data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Partner with Customer Success to deliver actionable insights and data-driven recommendations. Ensure data accuracy, quality, and reporting integrity across customer-related dashboards and reports. Proficient in SQL and BI tools with knowledge of DBT and BigQuery to streamline data workflows. Apply a commercial mindset to translate analytics into measurable business outcomes.
