The role
Yusen Logistics is seeking two Business Analysts based in Milton Keynes to assess business processes, gather requirements, and recommend improvements. The role involves working alongside IT and architecture teams to develop suitable solutions, supporting testing and implementation, and analysing costs and benefits of proposed changes. Candidates should have experience in stakeholder analysis, requirements management, and SDLC methodologies, with familiarity in Agile and Waterfall approaches. Technical skills include database understanding and experience with Microsoft Dynamics. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, ideally within logistics or a 3PL/4PL environment. The role supports remote work up to four days a week, with opportunities for professional growth within the organisation.
