The role
Lead the design and evaluation of scalable ML solutions to deepen content metadata and improve discovery across formats.
Partner with product, engineering, and production teams to translate merchandising challenges into impactful models.
Build systems that empower decision-making by leveraging diverse metadata and production media across content lifecycles.
Operationalize models for seamless integration into production workflows and decision processes.
Serve as a trusted advisor on algorithms, system architectures, and evaluation methods, including Gen AI approaches.
Thrive in ambiguous spaces, own projects end-to-end, and communicate complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
