The role
Launch your engineering career through a 2026 Entry Level Rotational Program designed for rapid development across chemical, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.
Experience hands-on assignments in Production/Process Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Equipment Reliability & Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, Product Quality, Technical Service, and Operations Management.
Contribute to safety, improve processes, and enhance equipment and infrastructure by applying engineering best practices and problem-solving.
Expect 2 assignments typically totaling 12–24 months per rotation, with 100% geographic flexibility and relocation as needed.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in an ABET-accredited program, a 3.0+ GPA, and at least 6 months of paid co-op or internship experience.
Preferred qualifications include Six Sigma Green Belt or willingness to obtain it, plus experience with root cause failure analysis, process hazards analysis, and high-hazard process safety.
