The role
Create, maintain, and improve user-focused documentation for data-driven software and platforms.
Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to produce accurate, accessible guides, tutorials, and demos.
Edit and review content to ensure quality, clarity, and alignment with established style guides.
Identify documentation needs, triage gaps, and manage multi-stakeholder projects across the product lifecycle.
Own content architecture, structure, and discoverability, while contributing to training sessions and workshops.
Thrive in a fast-paced, semi-autonomous environment, balancing big-picture narrative with attention to detail.
