The role
Join a fast-moving search team responsible for building and owning a full-stack search engine component.
Own and optimize search quality to deliver the best user search experience.
Apply modern ML, NLP, and multimodal methods to improve query understanding and video understanding, influencing ranking at multiple levels.
Align model and system improvements with product objectives while iterating quickly in a data-driven environment.
Collaborate across disciplines with strong communication and teamwork to implement scalable solutions.
Contribute to robust information retrieval, ranking algorithms, and recommender system components using C++, Python, and Java.
