The role
XB Carpentry & Building Ltd seeks experienced carpenters or small carpentry gangs for ongoing new-build housing development work in Cotgrave. The role involves completing high-standard carpentry packages including 1st fix, 2nd fix, roofs, stairs, doors, and kitchens, primarily based on drawings and specifications. Candidates should demonstrate proven experience in new-build housing, competence in both fix stages, and a good understanding of NHBC standards. Reliability, ability to work independently, own tools, and a CSCS card are essential, with previous price-work experience preferred.
