The role
Lead the enterprise sanctions program to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Provide subject matter expertise on sanctions, PEP risk, and how regulatory changes impact operations.
Drive program development through automation and machine learning to reduce false positives and target high-value matches.
Oversee risk assessments, business continuity planning, and collaboration with GCO and external counsel on regulatory issues.
Manage investigations of breaches, support international markets on local sanctions requirements, and present updates to stakeholders.
Lead vendor management, screening tool controls, and ongoing model risk validation to continuously improve the program.
