The role
Proactively pitch and coordinate gifting and loan opportunities with industry contacts to align with client aesthetics.
Research and expand the influencer and VIP database, refining gifting/loan strategies.
Maintain VIP/influencer databases with weekly updates and accurate records.
Schedule and manage showroom appointments with stylists, celebrities, and influencers for premium experiences.
Support PR event planning and on-site activations, ensuring flawless execution.
Handle showroom administration, inventory tracking, reporting, stock flow, and manage a select client roster for VIP initiatives.
