The role
Lead the development and scaling of foundational processes, tools, and playbooks to drive supply generation and engagement across multiple U.S. markets.
Design and execute outreach, onboarding, and activation campaigns to attract skilled knowledge workers with a high-touch, high-quality experience.
Apply data-driven thinking to run experiments, optimize outreach strategies, and improve operational performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, Marketing, and external partners to drive measurable results.
Serve as a trusted resource for gig workers by addressing issues, building FAQs, and improving support touchpoints.
Document processes and build scalable frameworks to enable rapid 0→1 growth of a new AI-powered supply platform.
