The role
The Pre-Construction Manager plays a key role in shaping projects prior to site mobilisation, working with clients, consultants, and internal teams to develop practical engineering solutions and delivery plans. They ensure schemes are technically sound, commercially viable, and fully coordinated before construction begins. The role involves reviewing technical documentation, developing construction methodologies, and driving value engineering. The candidate will support procurement and project programming, while identifying potential risks before the project launches. Engagement in client meetings and design reviews is essential to facilitate a seamless transition from pre-construction to delivery. Knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services along with collaborative skills across project disciplines is vital.
