The role
Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations, guiding on responsibilities and targets.
Assist with health and safety procedures, coordinating with Health and Safety Managers to ensure compliance.
Lead and motivate directly employed site staff through toolbox talks, coaching, and performance support.
Maintain site presentation to required standards and ensure quality and customer service within deadlines.
Assist with producing accurate production/progress reporting and maintain site records.
Conduct thorough inspections and ensure remedial work is completed ahead of NHBC inspections, and comply with building regulations and warranty requirements.
