The role
This entry-level Field Sales role blends a guaranteed salary with an uncapped commission, with typical first-year OTE between £30k–£40k and top performers earning over £60k.
You will convert warm leads and create new opportunities through cold canvassing of businesses and residential areas.
Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals, while managing a growing sales portfolio.
Responsibilities include canvassing properties, presenting our products, and conducting security surveys to tailor systems.
Full training is provided; a professional, customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills are essential.
A full manual driving licence and vehicle access are required, with a company car, fuel card, and comprehensive benefits.
