The role
The Change and Communications Deployment Manager is responsible for leading change management activities across operational sites, ensuring business readiness for SAP S/4HANA implementation, and developing tailored communication strategies. They will work directly with operational teams and stakeholders to facilitate adoption of new processes and systems, minimise business disruption, and require strong influence and organisational skills. The role involves managing change risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and delivering targeted communication and training initiatives. It necessitates building relationships with leadership and change champions, monitoring adoption and sentiment, and supporting operational teams during go-live phases. Collaboration with project leads to ensure aligned change activities and fostering a positive organisational culture is vital for success.
