The role
The NetSuite Business Analyst plays a vital role in managing and enhancing NetSuite and other finance systems to support Tes's business strategy. They liaise mainly with the Finance department but work across teams on various projects, including system integration and process optimisation. Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating solution design, supporting testing phases, and providing user training and ongoing support. The role requires experience in business analysis, NetSuite configuration, and knowledge of finance processes, with proficiency in agile methodologies. The analyst should possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. The position involves configuration, development, and safeguarding system integrity within an agile, collaborative environment.
