Principal ML Engineer, Ads

Role Overview: Own end-to-end ML-driven Ads product initiatives, overseeing the ads tech stack and architecture to accelerate delivery, reliability, and impact. Lead distributed global teams, remove blockers, and drive solid system designs and operational excellence. Be metrics-driven, identify high-value opportunities, and collaborate with partner teams to align technical directions with business goals. Requires 10+ years in technology, deep knowledge of storage, data processing, ML infrastructure, search and serving, and a track record of delivering large-scale systems. Preferred qualifications include experience with Applied ML products in Search, Recommendation, and Ads, deep Ads domain knowledge, and experience leading big teams. You will attract, develop, and retain top talent while shaping the technical roadmap for the Ads platform.
