The role
Assist in managing the electric regulatory compliance program, focusing on NERC, FERC, and federal, state, and ISO/RTO requirements.
Support NERC compliance matters for assigned entities and assets.
Prepare and submit NERC and other required reports accurately and on time.
Assist in audits, self-certifications, spot checks, data submittals, and self-reports.
Help develop and maintain compliance procedures and internal controls to ensure adherence to NERC standards.
Maintain documentation, monitor regulatory developments, and coordinate with internal teams and training activities.
