Manage multi-state payroll processes across varied pay cycles with precision and efficiency.
Handle high-volume payroll transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Reconcile discrepancies, resolve issues promptly, and maintain compliant payroll operations.
Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and other special payments while staying current with federal, state, and local regulations.
Maintain employee payroll records in ADP Workforce Now and collaborate with HR and finance to address payroll inquiries.
Generate payroll reports, monitor data quality, and stay updated on payroll best practices in a hybrid, Houston-based role.
