The role
Lead research and implementation of state-of-the-art NLP, TTS, and CV techniques with a focus on image generation.
Build and refine the most human-sounding AI speech model, improving naturalness, intelligibility, and expressiveness.
Collaborate across product, design, and engineering to translate research into user-facing features and experiences.
Deploy NLP or TTS models at scale, optimize for latency, reliability, and cost, and monitor performance in production.
Mentor and grow a research & development team, guiding engineers and defining roadmap priorities.
Contribute to prototyping, experimentation, and evaluation to drive product decisions and impact.
