The role
The Construction Project Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects valued between £5M and £80M. They coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and experience with tier 1 contractors. Candidates should be familiar with construction regulations, health and safety standards, and project management software. They are responsible for managing project teams, reviewing technical plans, and ensuring quality control throughout the construction process. The position involves working across different sites in the North East, with a focus on high-value, complex infrastructure developments.
