The role
Provide remote and onsite IT support to business clients, focusing on Windows client environments.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 issues and deliver Microsoft 365 administration including user setup, email troubleshooting, Teams, and SharePoint basics.
Assist with Active Directory user management and Group Policy to support secure, scalable access.
Resolve basic networking issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi) and assist with small business network troubleshooting.
Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications; manage ticketing system entries and escalate complex issues when needed.
Work with a collaborative team and develop toward server, cloud, and infrastructure projects while delivering professional client service.
