The role
We are seeking a Contract Tech Recruiter to proactively source and engage qualified candidates for a fast-growing startup.
Core responsibilities include outbound candidate outreach, managing communications, screening, and scheduling.
Maintain organized candidate pipelines and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
Utilize sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to build networks and accelerate hiring at scale.
This role requires strong written and verbal communication, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate availability is preferred; the position offers a fully remote arrangement and a high-volume, rapid-paced workload.
