Human Resources Partner

As an HR Partner, you will serve as a trusted advisor working with HR Business Partners to implement strategic HR initiatives across the organization, focusing on employee engagement, exceptional internal service, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and workforce planning. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, handling inquiries with confidentiality and expertise. You will function as a subject-matter expert, guiding internal customers on HR-related matters and collaborating with managers and core teams to enhance the employee experience. You will exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, serving as the initial escalation point for employee concerns. You will champion technology adoption, self-service solutions, change management, and continuous improvement, using data analytics and metrics to anticipate business needs. You will partner with global HRBPs and Employee Relations to ensure consistency, contribute to customer care-focused programs (like Cornerstone Training, Rotation Program), and lead ad-hoc projects to drive learning and transformation.
