The role
Lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation content recommendation and ad personalization systems.
Mine vast playback data to gain insights into subscriber behavior and create machine learning features.
Build, train, and refine models and integrate inference into production systems.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure robust data collection and validation.
Set up production testing for models, including A/B testing, and analyze results to improve performance.
Drive critical projects in a fast-paced environment with strong product sense and cross-functional collaboration.
