Customer Service Representative Lead

The CSR Lead will oversee cleanliness and sanitation of assigned areas and guide custodial staff. Perform daily janitorial duties and operate motorized cleaning equipment as scheduled. Provide work direction and support to custodians; assist in scheduling and training under the Custodial Supervisor. Track and manage equipment maintenance, inventory, and purchasing of cleaning supplies. Conduct quality, service, and safety inspections; report incidents and hazards to the supervisor. Monitor PPE usage, address at-risk behavior, and recommend corrective actions to improve operations.
