The role
The role involves analysing data to identify trends and risks, designing complex distribution infrastructure including substations and overhead lines, supporting teams with engineering tools, managing stakeholders, engaging in site visits to assess constructability and risks, and promoting digital tools and best practices within the organisation. Candidates should be proactive, analytical, solutions-focused, and capable of working effectively with data and technical tools like Excel, AutoCAD, Revit, and Depotnet. A relevant BEng or BSc in electrical or power systems engineering is required, along with strong communication skills and a full UK driving licence.
