The role
Represent clients before hearing examiners, planning commissions, city and county councils, administrative boards, and appellate courts.
Draft and oversee briefs and manage land use due diligence, permits, and development strategies.
Communicate strategically with planners, department directors, and elected officials to guide project outcomes.
Draft new code provisions and shepherd amendments through city and county processes.
Supervise junior attorneys and legal staff while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Drive business development, manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to a collaborative practice.
