The role
The role involves crafting and maintaining comprehensive instructional guides, FAQs, and feature release notes to enhance user understanding of complex products. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to translate technical jargon into accessible language and ensure content accuracy using content management platforms. A key responsibility is analysing updates and streamlining documentation to adapt to evolving business requirements. Candidates should have 3-5+ years' experience in technical, UX, or instructional writing within tech, e-commerce, or SaaS sectors. Strong editing, editing, and content management skills are essential to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
