The role
Lead the management of commercial construction projects across local commercial, healthcare, education, and municipal sectors.
Demonstrate strong leadership and clear communication to motivate teams and collaborate with clients.
Maintain rigorous quality control and ensure safety protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor cost control, forecasting, and productivity to achieve financial targets.
