The role
Staff Software Engineer: eCommerce. Design, build, and operate scalable, low-latency systems for millions of users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead architectural evolution, and mentor junior engineers. 5+ years of hands-on coding experience, strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design. Experience with modern front-end technologies, cloud-native environments, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication skills, bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
