The role
The IT Support Specialist provides frontline technical support for users and systems, ensuring reliable, secure operations.
Onboarding new hires, configuring workstations, peripherals, and required applications, and coordinating access with supervisors.
Delivers timely hardware, software, medical device systems, printers, and network support for onsite and remote users.
Manages software and hardware deployment, performance monitoring, updates, upgrades, and asset inventory.
Enforces security controls (MFA, endpoint protection) and HIPAA-compliant policies; documents processes and creates training materials.
Supports process improvements, develops concise training resources, and may require occasional after-hours work and site travel.
