The role

Prospection commerciale à distance et qualification des leads.
Analyse des besoins et conseil personnalisé auprès des clients.
Accompagnement du client tout au long du cycle de vente.
Gestion et mise à jour du CRM, participation à des actions commerciales.
Fidélisation des clients et suivi après-vente; veille marché pour nouvelles opportunités.
Localisation : Villeurbanne (69100). Poste en alternance.
