Estimator: Manage preconstruction phase, cost goals, and project scope for Retail, Industrial, and Commercial projects. Oversee bidding process, develop scopes, and maintain subcontractor relationships. 3-5 years estimating experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of construction management processes.
