The role
The Tax Attorney provides expert legal counsel on tax-related issues, focusing on compliant strategy and risk assessment.
Drafts and reviews legal documents, conducts in-depth legal research, and develops litigation strategies.
Advises on tax planning and compliance with tax laws and regulations while staying current with changes affecting clients.
Represents clients in negotiations and litigation, delivering persuasive arguments and maintaining meticulous case records.
Requirements include a Juris Doctor, bar admission, proven litigation experience, and strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
This full-time, in-person role requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team in Las Vegas.
