The role
Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies for electrical systems and assemblies.
Leads producibility studies, analyzes designs for manufacturability, and maintains the program build architecture.
Contributes to Integrated Product Teams to integrate technical solutions across disciplines and leads manufacturing plans.
Ensures production readiness through lean principles, process capability analyses, and effective non-conformance resolution.
Translates EBOM into MBOM and manages part demand within the program production system.
Requires 100% onsite work in San Antonio, U.S. citizenship, and ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance (Secret).
