The role
Greet guests upon arrival and manage efficient check-in/check-out processes, dispensing room keys as needed.
Process guest payments and post transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling responsibilities.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for room availability and readiness to ensure guest satisfaction.
Answer guest questions about the facility and surrounding area; handle incoming calls and messages via the telephone system.
Complete assigned shift checklists and projects; serve as a role model for guest service standards and support daily operations.
This role requires physical stamina, basic math skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and email; weekends, holidays, and swing shifts may be required and lifting up to 25 pounds.
