The role
Coordinate on-site material logistics to support construction schedules at the Los Angeles project site.
Oversee all transportation and communicate delivery times with shippers, vendors, and the site team.
Serve as the primary liaison between the site team and procurement for material matters and issue resolution.
Manage procurement module tasks, including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, and maintain accurate inventory records.
Prepare daily receiving and inventory reports, track material availability, and circulate look-ahead and warranty documentation as needed.
Collaborate with safety, quality, and field teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors to ensure on-site material readiness.
