Senior Planner - Construction

Own the planning process from pre-construction to project completion on major build projects. Develop tender and live project programmes, and create labour- and resource-loaded schedules. Carry out critical path analysis, monitor design information release, consents, and risk; drive buildability improvements. Produce monthly progress reports and procurement/information required schedules; support client and subcontractor meetings. Collaborate with Project Managers, commercial teams, and site delivery teams; coach and influence on-site planning techniques. Requirements: professional planning/construction qualification, advanced Asta Powerproject, tender/live project programme experience, UK driving licence, and strong communication skills.
