The role
Act as lead attorney in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and related agreements.
Supervise and mentor less experienced leasing attorneys.
Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders.
Handle leases across office, industrial, and retail properties; solar leasing experience is a plus.
Requirements include a minimum of five years' experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases, substantial landlord representation, and a JD with bar admission.
Bring strong interpersonal, negotiating, analytical, and organizational skills to support clients' business objectives and contribute to a collaborative real estate practice.
