Programme Lead - Construction Management
The Programme Lead - Construction Management will oversee the operational day-to-day running of the construction area, contribute to course delivery with a designated Multiskills teaching load (12 hours per week) across Monday to Thursday, and provide programme leadership on Fridays. You will plan teaching, learning and assessment, deliver consistently high-quality teaching, and assess learners against awarding body criteria to ensure qualification success. You will ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures, optimise resources for positive learning outcomes, and support learner progression through personal tutoring and parent/careers events. The role may require some evening and weekend work to support college events. You will collaborate with colleagues to promote professional practice and assist the Centre Principal in day-to-day operations. This position supports safeguarding and educational standards, contributing to high success rates and learner progression.
