The role
Lead mechanical design for mission-critical data center projects from concept through permitting and construction.
Deliver detailed Revit-based designs, perform airside and hydronic calculations, and create flow diagrams.
Specify HVAC equipment, develop sequences of operations, and define mechanical controls strategies.
Coordinate with electrical, fire protection, plumbing, and architectural teams to meet deadlines and budgets.
Mentor engineers and designers, establish design standards, and supervise quality control across disciplines.
Require 8+ years in HVAC design, strong Revit skills, construction-phase experience; PE license preferred.
