The role
Lead and optimize hazardous and biological waste programs in a biotech/Lab setting.
Ensure ongoing compliance with local, state, and federal EHS regulations and permit requirements.
Support regulatory inspections and internal audits, preparing documentation and corrective actions.
Design, deliver, and track effective EHS training for staff on waste handling, biosafety, and incident response.
Collaborate with operations to implement safe waste segregation, storage, labeling, transport, and disposal.
Bring hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks and continuous improvement of EHS systems.
