Deliver smooth check-in and check-out and greet guests warmly.
Handle guest requests, address concerns, and guide guests through their stay.
Complete daily operations tasks and generate reports to support hotel operations.
Share highlights of the local area to enhance guest experience.
Maintain safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance; comply with policies.
Stand, walk, or move for extended periods and perform light lifting up to 10 lbs as needed.
