Lead end-to-end negotiations for a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, serving as primary counsel on intake, scope, drafting, and execution.
Draft and revise contracts to align business objectives with internal policies, while balancing risk and opportunity.
Collaborate with Corporate Vendor Management, Risk, and cross-functional stakeholders to structure technology procurement, licensing, data, marketing, and professional services agreements.
Translate legal risk into clear, actionable options for senior leaders, enabling informed decision-making and timely closings.
Drive contracting process optimization, including workflows, playbooks, clause libraries, and responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools.
Lead change management and governance initiatives to ensure compliance, enterprise risk alignment, and durable, scalable contracting models.
